ABOUT ME

¡hi!

My name is Veronica, I ́m a psychologist and nutrition coach specialized in eating psychology, binge eating, emotional eating, anxiety, self-esteem, disordered eating and the science behind habit formation.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University (New York), a master’s degree in Eating Disorders and Obesity from the European University of Madrid and I ́m a nutrition coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (New York).

I ́m also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and mindful eating.

I have worked in several Eating Disorder Units in different hospitals in Spain as well as in the Bariatric Surgery Units of several clinics in Latin America. I have spent the past 5 years working in private practice, accompanying many people in their personal transformation processes.

My work is at the intersection of the psychology of eating, the science behind habit formation, mindfulness, neuroscience and nutritional coaching.
